Assert that a file does not exist.

$this->assertFileNotExists('/tmp/bar.txt'); // succeeds
$this->assertFileNotExists(__FILE__); // fails

Parameters

  • string $actual

    Absolute path to the actual file.
  • string|boolean $message

Returns

boolean

true if the assertion succeeded, false otherwise.
